Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 2–9 days. If your order takes longer than 14 days, we’ll send you a $20 gift card as a thank-you for your patience.

If you purchased Delivery Guarantee we will file an insurance claim and replace the damaged flag or missing flag immediately. We’ll need your help to file a claim with the courier. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the worship flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number.
