If you purchased Delivery Guarantee we will file an insurance claim and replace the damaged flag or missing flag immediately. We’ll need your help to file a claim with the courier. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the worship flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number.
In the event that we cannot replace damaged or lost worship flags, we will refund your money or offer a store credit - whichever you prefer.
