Did not expect to have items so soon. Shipment schedule for around April 10 and I recieved the flags March 18. They were package beautifully and flex materials used look sturdy. They're very expensive so I hope they last a couple of years. A few loose strings and are very big. I can't wait to used them in worship service to set the atmosphere. If ever in need of more flags will order here again!

We’re so sorry. The good news is it can be fixed. Every package is insured, and we need your help to file the claim.

Take a photo of the damaged box and the damaged flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number. We’ll file the claim with the courier for you, and send a refund or replacement once the courier finishes its investigation.
