We recommend storing your flags in a flag bag to prevent damage and preserve their beauty.
If you purchased Delivery Guarantee we will file an insurance claim and replace the damaged flag or missing flag immediately. We’ll need your help to file a claim with the courier.
Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the worship flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number.
