We’re so sorry. The good news is it can be fixed. Every package is insured, and we need your help to file the claim.

Take a photo of the damaged box and the damaged flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number. We’ll file the claim with the courier for you, and send a refund or replacement once the courier finishes its investigation.
