Refund policy

If you’ve purchased worship flags from Catch the Fire Worship Flags, but decided they aren’t the right ones, we will try to find a better pair of worship flags for you, and be happy to exchange the worship flags for you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept returns* and will issue a store credit for the original purchase price or refund (less a 15% restocking fee) after the worship flags have been returned to us. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us at onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com about your intention to make a return. You'll have an additional 14 days to return them by post. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* Returns/exchanges does not include sale, clearance, custom designs, or multi-layer travel flags

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom products (including multi-layer travel flags), clearance items, children's flags, DIY products, digital products, subscriptions, gift cards, or books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
