Where your information is stored
Our service providers may store and process your information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as you're a customer or subscriber, and as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Order records, for example, are kept for the period Canadian tax law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Cookies and ad choices
Cookies help our store work (your cart and checkout, for example), help us understand site traffic, and help us show you relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them. Shopify lists the cookies it uses here.
To limit personalized ads:
We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, since there's no common standard for them.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.
- Withdraw consent you've given us.
Depending on where you live (for example Canada, California and other US states, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you may have more rights under local law, including the right to complain to your privacy regulator. You can name an authorized agent to make a request for you.
To make a request, email onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com. We'll confirm your identity before acting on it and reply within the time the law requires.
Children
Our store is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use secure, reputable service providers and limit who can access your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
