1. About these terms

Catch the Fire Worship Flags ("we," "us," "our") runs catchthefireworshipflags.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to everyone who visits our site, buys from us, joins our email list or takes part in a Worship Intensive. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

2. Using our store

  • You must be the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • You agree not to use our site or products for anything illegal, and not to interfere with or harm the site. That includes viruses, scraping and attempts to get around security.
  • You agree not to harass or harm others, or to submit false or misleading information.
  • We may refuse service, limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion. That includes orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we cancel an order, we'll let you know and refund any payment.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars; you may see listed prices in your own currency if your browser allows. Prices and products may change without notice.
  • Please give us complete, accurate contact, billing and shipping information.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are explained in our Shipping policy. Buyers outside the USA and Canada pay any customs duties and import taxes on delivery.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers.
  • If we find an error in a price, description or availability, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you've ordered. We'll let you know if this affects your order.

4. Product colors and descriptions

We work hard to show our worship flags accurately, with photos and videos of each flag in motion. Screens display color differently, so the colors you see may vary slightly from the fabric in person.

5. Worship flag safety

Worship flags are made for expressive worship, and their poles are strong. They can still break, or cause injury, if they hit a ceiling, a light fixture, a wall or another person. Please use your flags with care and be aware of the space and the people around you. Supervise children who use them.

6. Digital products, training and Worship Intensives

When you buy or sign up for digital products, training, videos, livestreams or Worship Intensives, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own worship and learning.

Please don't share your login, copy, record, resell or redistribute this content without our written permission. Digital products are delivered right away, so they can't be returned (see our Refund policy).

7. Our teaching

Our teaching, training and resources are offered to encourage and equip you in worship. We don't promise any specific spiritual, physical, emotional or financial outcome from using our products or teaching. They're not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

8. Our content and designs

Everything on our site belongs to Catch the Fire Worship Flags or is used with permission. That includes our flag designs, photos, videos, teaching, books, training, text and logo. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews, comments and submissions

When you send us reviews, testimonies, photos, contest entries, comments or ideas, you give us permission to use, edit and share them in any medium without payment. We may edit or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. You're responsible for what you submit, and it must be honest, your own, and not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use tools from other companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

11. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Disclaimer

We do our best to keep our site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or secure. Except as stated in our policies or required by law, our site and products are provided "as is," without other warranties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Catch the Fire Worship Flags won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover Catch the Fire Worship Flags, and the people and companies who work with us, for any claims or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breaking these terms or the law, or from violating someone else's rights.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws where you live.

16. General

  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a term right away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
  • These terms and our policies are the full agreement between you and us about using our site and buying from us.
  • We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these terms. Anything you owe us, and anything we owe you, still applies after that.
