Catch the Fire Worship Flags handcrafts all products within 15 DAYS*. We ship twice per week, Tuesday and Friday. Often orders process faster than 15 days, and will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping date but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time. If you need your order quickly, please contact us to inquire about an ETA for your order.
*Prophetic veils and banners require longer time to create (2-3 weeks).

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of our product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Due to manufacturing processes, minor thread runs may be present in the fabric. These will not alter or change the flow and motion of the flags, nor will it be noticeable while in use.
Care for your new product(s) by:
  • Grip/Hold the worship flags using the reinforced handle, covering the company label.
  • Fold and roll the worship flags when they are not being used.
  • Store the flags flat or standing upright.
  • Spot clean with a gentle cleaner
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
  • Loose fabric is stepped on, causing the flag panel to rip.
  • The poles (wood, quiver, or flexi) are able to handle quite a lot of pressure, but they can splinter or break. Be aware of your environment where you are flagging to avoid low ceilings or walls which may cause the poles to crack.
CUSTOM ORDER/SIZE
Catch the Fire Worship Flags are offered as one-size fits all but we understand one size doesn’t fit everyone. Where possible, we are happy to adjust the pole size between 24”-36”. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate the size alteration. Custom orders may have a lengthier processing time.

USA & CANADA
Catch the Fire Worship Flags uses USPS Priority Post for all shipments within the USA and Canada Post Expedited Service within Canada.
INTERNATIONAL
We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through USPS Priority Post International.
Catch the Fire Worship Flags is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
COST CALCULATIONS
Catch the Fire Worship Flags offers free shipping (USA & Canada) or reduced shipping (international) to our VIP Fire Catchers. To receive free (reduced) shipping, click here.
If you love to pay for shipping, we do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
TIMELINE
We ship twice a week, Tuesday and Friday. Requiring Express Post at checkout does not ensure a fast processing time, nor do our shipping days alternate from our regular shipping schedule. We ship on Tuesday and Friday only and your product may still need 7-14 days to be handmade.  
USPS Express Post is guaranteed 1-2 days service.
USPS Priority Post is generally delivered in 1-3 days, but it is not guaranteed.

RETURNS

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact Catch the Fire Worship Flags immediately to inform us of the damage. Please include:
  1. Your name and order number
  2. Explanation of the damage
  3. A photograph of the damage product AND packaging
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and kindly request you return the damage product back to us. We offer a replacement item on the next shipping day (or very soon, if the product requires creation time).
UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT
We do our best to make high quality beautiful worship flags; if you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
CLEARANCE/CHILDREN’S WORSHIP FLAGS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items and children’s flags are sold as-is and cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
