If you purchased Delivery Guarantee we will file an insurance claim and replace the damaged flag or missing flag immediately.  We’ll need your help to file a claim with the courier. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the worship flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number.

Our single layer worship flags are available with flexion poles (20% flexibility) or quiver poles (50% flexibility). If you are more familiar with silk material then our metallic fabrics may feel more stiff.
