Keep your worship flags together, covered, and easy to carry with the Worship Flag Storage Bag from Catch the Fire Worship Flags. This 40" × 7" canvas carry bag features a water-resistant lining, zip closure, and adjustable cross-body strap for trips to church, prayer gatherings, conferences, rehearsals, and dance ministry events.

With capacity for up to 10 single-layer flags or 6 multi-layer flags, it gives your collection a dedicated place between worship sessions and helps protect fabric from dust and everyday handling.

At a glance

  • Dimensions: 40" long × 7" wide
  • Material: Durable canvas with water-resistant lining
  • Capacity: Up to 10 single-layer flags or 6 multi-layer flags, depending on fabric bulk and packing
  • Rod compatibility: Flag rods or poles up to 39" long
  • Closure: Zip closure
  • Strap: 2" wide adjustable cross-body strap
  • Construction: Reinforced seams
  • Best for: Worship flag storage and transport for worshippers, dancers, and ministry teams

From storage to worship, without the loose bundle

Your flags are tools you reach for in prayer and worship. Give them a place that keeps them gathered and ready to bring along. Instead of carrying loose fabric and several rods, pack your flags in one bag, zip it closed, and adjust the strap for cross-body carrying.

Picture preparing for a worship night: your selected flags are together in their bag, ready to pick up as you leave. When the gathering ends, you have a dedicated place to put them away for the journey home.

Practical protection for your flag collection

The canvas exterior and protective, water-resistant lining help shield your flags from dust and incidental moisture during everyday transport. Reinforced seams support regular use, while the zip closure keeps the contents enclosed.

Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. Avoid soaking the bag, and pack flags only when dry. Roll fabric carefully without forcing the zip closed; gentle packing helps reduce unnecessary compression and creasing.

Choose your fit before packing

The bag accommodates rods and poles up to 39" long, including 36" flag poles. Check your longest rod and the bulk of your rolled fabric when planning what to carry.

Capacity is listed in flag pairs: up to 10 single-layer pairs, or 6 multi-layer pairs. Actual fit depends on fabric volume and how the flags are packed. If you carry a mixed collection, leave enough space to close the bag without compressing the layers.

Why you'll love this flag bag

  • Keeps several worship flags together in one dedicated carry bag
  • Canvas construction and water-resistant lining for everyday protection
  • Zip closure to keep rolled flags enclosed
  • Wide, adjustable cross-body strap for convenient transport
  • 40" length to accommodate flag poles up to 39"
  • Useful for church services, worship conferences, rehearsals, and dance events

Frequently asked questions

How many worship flags can the bag hold?

Up to 10 single-layer flag pairs or 6 multi-layer pairs. Capacity varies with fabric bulk and packing.

Will 36" flag rods fit?

Yes. The bag is 40" long and accommodates rods or poles up to 39" long. Allow room for the fabric around your rods when packing.

Can I use it for other dance flags or props?

It can accommodate suitably sized dance flags, streamer rods, or banner poles up to 39" long, provided their width and bulk fit within the bag.

Is the flag bag waterproof?

No. It has a water-resistant lining for protection against incidental moisture, but it should not be soaked or treated as a waterproof case.

Will it prevent every crease or protect against crushing?

The bag provides a dedicated space for rolled flags and helps protect them during ordinary handling. It is not a guarantee against creasing or damage. Pack gently and avoid placing heavy items on top.

Can I take it on a flight?

Check your airline's current baggage dimensions and rules before travelling. The bag measures 40" × 7"; whether it is accepted as carry-on or checked baggage depends on the airline and your packed contents.

Flag Bag

Love these flags bags. Convenient and sturdy. I just have to learn to roll my flags better so they fit without having to tuck them in a little. Most times I can but if I rush there is a bit of fabric sticking up. Love the strap being adjustable. Thank you once again.

I'm so glad to hear you're loving the flag bag! Thank you again for your kind words, and I hope the bag continues to be a perfect companion for your worship flags!

This flag bag is absolutely perfect when I want to transport a few flags. The thick cross-body strap is perfect to go over bulky winter attire (necessary for my area). The fabric is thick and has structure, but isn't rigid. Overall I'm very impressed with it and highly recommend it.

I love my white single layer worship flags!

I bought these flags because I like that white stands for being an overcomer, bride of Christ, Holy Spirit, and an angelic presence. I love the swoosh sound they make and I have had several comments on them.

I did not see the option to include the lightest rod. The rod is for an advanced flagger. It looked liked the picture definitely a plus but not as flowey

Oops, it sounds like you are reviewing worship flags and not the flag bag. Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase of the Red Shimmer worship flags with flexion poles. Would you like to share some feedback about the worship flags storage bag as well?

I love my flag bag. It keeps the flags neatly together. The handle/shoulder strap is adjustable and a nice width. The fabric is water repellant - good for rain and the frozen white stuff. I always want more flags with me, but this is a great size.
