Yes, here are some practical tips for caring for your worship flags.

Tip #1
Catch the Fire Worship Flags have reinforced handles to keep your flags protected but it is always advisable to wash hands before use as oils from hands will transfer to the flags.

Tip #2
Use a spot cleaner on the handles or edges to lift casual grime.

Tip #3
Be conscious of the physical environment. The poles are strong but they can fracture if the flags hit the ceiling with strong force.

Tip #4
If the flags are wrinkled or have a large crease, lightly spritz with water and leave the flags flat to dry naturally. Do not iron. We tried it, and it didn’t end well.

Worship flags ship the next business day. USA orders ship from our warehouse in Blaine, WA, and arrive in 3-5 days with $12 standard shipping. Need them sooner? Choose 3-Day Express ($35) or 1-Day Express ($75) at checkout.

Canadian and international orders take 5-15 days.

We’re so sorry. The good news is it can be fixed. Every package is insured, and we need your help to file the claim.

Take a photo of the damaged box and the damaged flags, and email them to onfire@catchthefireworshipflags.com with your name and order number. We’ll file the claim with the courier for you, and send a refund or replacement once the courier finishes its investigation.

We’re proud to have a “happy”ness guarantee.
